Scope of work
Supply
DDP delivery of certified EV charging equipment to project sites, with partial delivery available when required.
Installation
Installation by qualified teams across residential, commercial, fleet and public charging sites.
Testing & Commissioning
We test charger operation, safety systems, connectivity and handover readiness before the site goes live.
Extended Warranty
Up to 24 months of warranty coverage, with 12 months standard and a 12-month extension.
Remote Monitoring
Remote monitoring supports charger status checks, fault identification and troubleshooting before an on-site visit is required.
Rapid Response
On-site technical support with a four-hour response target where covered by the applicable SLA.
After-sales support
Support can be structured around the operational requirements of the site and charging network.
