These Terms & Conditions define the rules of use, responsibilities, and legal protections for both parties engaging with our services.

Delivery
DDP – Door to Door
AC Type 2: 4 to 6 weeks upon issuing Purchase Order with payment
Partial Delivery is applicable (Lead time can be improved)
Payment
Prices are quoted in SAR
Payment Terms – 80% Advance, 20% After Delivery
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer
Validity
This offer is valid for acceptance to a period of 21 Days from the date of this offer.
The Purchase Order should be sent to us as 80% advance, 20% after delivery.

Scope of Work

  • Supply DDP to Jeddah.
  • Installation Services (EV chargers only).
  • System Testing and Commissioning to verify functionality, safety, and readiness for operational deployment.
  • Complimentary Extended Warranty coverage for up to 24 months, including an initial 12-month warranty plus an additional 12-month extension.

After Sale Service

  • Enjoy Free Periodic Maintenance with two scheduled visits every six months, valid for one full year.
  • Comprehensive Remote Monitoring and Troubleshooting Services for EV charging stations, ensuring seamless operation and rapid issue resolution.
  • Detailed EV Charging Performance Reports and Analytics to support operational insights and decision-making.
  • Rapid Response On-site Maintenance Team, ensuring issue resolution within four hours under SLA terms.
  • Comprehensive User Support and Training Programs to ensure effective utilization and seamless operation of EV charging systems.
